Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital QR code and PDF generation may begin immediately after successful payment. Because QR codes are personalized, refund may not be available after QR generation or after sticker printing starts, unless there is a duplicate payment, technical failure, wrong charge or service error from our side.
Refund May Be Considered For
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment debited but order not created and not resolved within support timeline.
- Sticker not printed/dispatched due to service-side issue.
- Wrong product/service delivered due to QRParking.in processing error.
Refund May Be Considered For
- User entered wrong mobile number, vehicle number, address or emergency contact.
- User changed mind after QR generation or sticker printing.
- Sticker damage due to wrong pasting, rough use, weather damage after delivery or unauthorized removal.
- Third-party courier delay outside our control.
Refund Request Email
To request refund/support, write to info@qrparking.in with order ID, registered mobile number, payment proof and issue details.
