- Mobile number or message details submitted by a scanner only if the scanner voluntarily enters or verifies the information.
- Support messages, complaints, abuse reports and communication history.
- To create and manage QR codes.
- To provide call, WhatsApp, message or emergency contact options selected by the registered user.
- To process payment, order, QR PDF and sticker delivery.
- To allow registered users to update, deactivate or manage their QR.
- To prevent misuse, spam, harassment, fraud and illegal activity.
- To maintain scan logs for safety, accountability and service improvement.
- To provide customer support and respond to complaints or legal requests.
When someone scans a QRParking.in QR code, the scan may be logged for security and abuse prevention. We may collect scan date/time, approximate IP address, device/browser information and action taken. If the scanner voluntarily submits or verifies a mobile number to contact the registered user, that submitted mobile number may also be recorded for accountability and misuse prevention.
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with payment gateway, hosting service, email/SMS/WhatsApp service provider, delivery partner, technology support provider, legal authority or law enforcement agency where required for service delivery, fraud prevention, compliance or legal process.
We keep personal data only as long as required for providing the QR service, account management, payment records, security logs, dispute handling, legal compliance and business records. Users may request update, deactivation or deletion of eligible data by contacting info@qrparking.in.
Registered users may request access, correction, update, deactivation or deletion of eligible account data by writing to info@qrparking.in from their registered email/mobile. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute or security purposes.
QRParking.in is not intended for direct registration by children. Avoid adding unnecessary sensitive personal information. Medical notes or special emergency notes should be optional and entered only by the registered user with clear consent.
